Our Services

Our Nutritional Counseling service will help you to set diet and lifestyle goals while providing a safe environment for change. We offer health food store tours, whole foods cooking instruction, support groups, and nutrition classes to assist you in meeting your goals.

Private Counseling:

Please call 360-393-2248 or email Tom to set up an appointment. Phone consultations are also available. Cost is $125 per hour paid at time of service. Phone Consultations need to be prepaid before time of service. You may use the Pal Pal button below to pay by credit card or mail us a check.

Support Groups:

Note: We have temporarily stopped our monthly support group. Please check back for the dates and times of our new meetings.
 
Our support groups are held in the Bellingham Community Food Co-op's Healthy Connections Building on the South end of the parking lot. We meet every second Saturday of the month from 5-7pm. This is a FREE event and anyone is welcome.

These groups are a fun and informal way to connect with others with food sensitivities or those making dietary transitions. 

Each support group is a potluck. Please bring a gluten-free dish to share and be sure to bring your appetite as there is always plenty of good food to eat!

Improving your diet helps to reshape your body. When you increase consumption of certain foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, and decrease consumption of allergenic foods or foods you may be sensitive to, your body naturally lets go of any extra pounds.


Feel Good

Finding foods that work with your body to provide lasting energy will cause you to feel good. A well balanced diet full of fresh, whole foods will give you the energy you need to get through a long day. Eliminating certain foods from your diet can also alleviate any pain in your body. A healthy diet can bring happiness and balance to your life.

Eating a well balanced diet provides your body with the raw materials it needs to rebuild and restore life to your tissues and organs. A healthy diet also nourishes your immune system to ward off colds and flues.
